Let’s keep on doing activities to spend time together!
Today is my tip #5. It’s a simple one, no need to go out, just boost your creativity. You’ll just need your favourite book, a pen, a paper, and your imagination. I’m going to give you the opportunity to improve or awake your creativity.
Read for your family or friends the first page of a book, then try to rewrite the story in your own way. Share the results together.
One page is enough; because it can take some time already, and the purpose is to spend time together, not on your own at your desk. The idea is also to share your creativity with others. We are all creatives, so don’t try to avoid this challenge! If you are not sure about that, then here is a good read for you: “The Big Magic” by Elizabeth Gilbert.
Eventually, you could plan to include more creativity in this new year. This exercise is the best thing you can do to train your brain. It’s not only good for you to exercise physically. It’s also very important to exercise mentally. Our job and daily routines are not enough to challenge our brains. Only creativity can.
