Holiday Tip #1 For A Rejuvenating Time

December 24, 2018

Filed in: Holidays, Refocus

Holidays are meant to be a time for sharing with your loved ones

During this holiday season, I’ll be sharing with you a list of 12 tips to spend quality time with your loved one(s). I will add a few other things along the road, but mainly I want this series of posts to be a reminder that slowing down and enjoying quality time is crucial in everyone life. I’ll be posting one tip a day during the Holiday season. Also, I will include either a short story, a poem or link to a song, for you to feel the Holiday spirit. It may seem simple, but a simple song can cheer up the mood in the middle of the winter in a few seconds.

Make these tips a Holiday challenge with your loved ones and tell me what about it in a comment below.

Today is tip #1

Make something simple together

Try doing a quick and simple DIY and craft a natural winter decor. You can take a walk in nature and pick up some winter foliage. If you don’t have the opportunity of a close nature spot where you can actually pick up things (welcome to the city my friends), then you’ll have to buy them I’m afraid. But the idea is the same: DIY your decor instead of buying a ready to use one.

It’s even better to do this kind of activity after Christmas simply because you don’t have to! And you’ll be inspired for next year.

My song of the day

Jingle Bell Rock

I know it’s a classic, but admit it, it rocks! And a good old classic is easy to sing along, which actually is the idea.
